I had a studio xps16 but it was broken, so they sent me a replacement system.

but now, the replacement system is also broken. the replacement is brand new (they gave brand new as old laptop was 1 day old).

now, they have taken the old laptop back.
but the new laptop is new and so i had a new invoice, trackin no. and etc. Although the invoice charged me £0.00 as obviously, its a replacement....

if i were to return this laptop,(new broken replacement) would i get all the money back (£920)? as the invoice was only got £0 for the laptop.

No idea what the rules are but i think they should. The 21-day money back thing is so you can try and see if you like the system you get. Seeing you got a broken system you didn't have that chance yet. At least that's what i would say If they tell you you have to pay a restocking fee or something because you already had a replacement.

If you paid for a machine that is not fit for purpose, and you have been given two broken machines, and if it's within the 21 days, then they should give you your money back

Yes, if it is within the 21-day return window, you should be able to get your money back. You gave Dell a chance to correct its mistake, but it messed up again, so you should demand a full refund from Dell.

    Good luck.
