An employee dropped his laptop and shattered the LCD. (I know...shoulda bought a Thinkpad.) Dell will ship us a replacement LCD for $210, but wants $300 for a technician to install it. How difficult would this be to just fix ourselves? Or anyone in downtown San Francisco want to replace it for $75?

Damn, now I know why I won't be able to swap out the LCD (and I have an explanation for my girlfriend on why I don't flush the toilet...Focker).

Thanks for the links, sounds easy enough!
