    Good morning,

I have my 15-5547 laptop with 1-TB HDD with Windows 10 (upgrade OS) right now its running very slow. I try to replace my hard disk with the same specification 1-TB with pre - install windows 7 Pro. But unfortunately it is not running in good condition it only display "Checking Media. Fail". I try to check the BIOS setting and I found out that my HDD was not recognized. Pls. see below:

    UEFI Boot

    UEFI onboard LAN IPv4

    UEFI onboard LAN IPv6..

I try to disable the secure boot. Please see below setting:

    Secure Boot : <Disable>

    Load Legacy Option ROM: <Enable>

    Boot List Option <UEFI>

My question is, "Does Dell Inspiron 15 5547 recognized HDD with pre install windows 7 (NTFS)?? And Do I need to change more settings on BIOS??

Hope to hear a response soon.
