Why is it not fair? Dell reserves the right to determine what system they replace with...

You will get something similar or better, if they find a 6000 they will send you that one, if not, they will send a 6400 if not they will send a 1525. its a dell policy you will get something similar or better.

Yeah, i know i got lucky!
It is sooo much better than the I6000, plus it has a bluray drive!
I was suprised that I got it, I chatted with the reps and I asked them which model to expect and they told me a 1520/1525, but I got lucky and got the M1530!

I got it april of 2005.
My I6000 still had a year on its warrenty and it started to crap out, left speaker broke, headphone jack broken, signs of gpu dying, and messed up touchpad. All of those started happening 3 months ago, so i told them i wanted it fixed and they asked if i wanted a system exchange.
