How would I go about doing this? Do I just change the Drive number of the recovery partition to C and the other one do E or something else? I want to restore it to factory settings and destroy all other data.

    Cheers

    http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/xpsm1530/en/OM/trouble.htm

Way down near the bottom of the page is a section on
"Restoring the Computer to the Default Factory Configuration"

I'm stuck at step 3. There is no "Repair Your Computer" option in the Advanced Boot Options menu.
