    Hi Guys, does any Vostro 3350 owners still have a copy of their resource DVD that comes with the components? I'm having issues reformatting my old laptop, it is asking for the installation CD, which I may have lost through the years. Bought it way back 2013 btw. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    What method are you using to try and reformat it? Are you using a Windows DVD or USB made using the Media Creation Tool? You may also want to take a look at this: http://www.dell.com/support/content...ell-backup-solutions/Dell-Backup-and-Recovery
