When I unplug or put in sleep mode, my 1520 reduces its resolution from 1280 to 1024. Anyone know how to stop this? I don't this as an option anywhere on the NVIDIA manager or in the Dell Power Manager Profiles. It's really annoying the heck out of me.

Have you updated the system BIOS? Got all the Dell updates?

I'd switch to a newer driver from www.laptopvideo2go.com if you can.

I have all the updates, at least according to the auto Dell updater. As for the laptopvideo site, I'd rather not use an unofficial driver and I've had some nasty problems messing from trying to change video drivers. Especially if its going to be from an unknown (at least to me if not this forum). I am also worried about it "overclocking" my 8600GT back up to spec. I imagine Dell (supposedly) underclocked it for overheating reasons. I'd rather not fry my new laptop.
    Thanks though :)
