    Been a while since I even had to consider their return policy. I was wondering what their restocking policy is when it comes to unopened outlet laptop. Regards to restocking free and return shipping fee. Was digging through their policy information, but of course, it isn't all too accurate,,

    Would appreciate any info. Thanks.

    Opened or unopened, the outlet has a 21 day no questions asked return policy. (may want to double check the period of time). I often order 2 of whatever I want and keep the better of the 2 (You never know with scratch and dents).
