I just shipped back Dell. They said they will give me full refund (no restocking fee). Will I also get the tax and environment fee back?

Yes if not, there is a number to call, to get the tax back.

They told me i would have to call, but the full amount went back into my account

It might not be a good example, but on Dell's website, it states it takes 10-15 days.
They got the credit too me within 2 days!...and then, you have to wait up to 5 for it to go back into your cc. Which mine still has to do. Generally, that takes about 4 days for me.

But for the credit, it can very. It can be from a few days, all the way to a month to get back.
