After much thought and consideration, I've taken the decision to return my Vostro 1500 and order a new Vostro 1400.
But, I'd like to know what would be the best way to do so:

    1) Call dell; return 1500; order 1400 online

    2) Call dell; return 1500, instead of getting the refund back, use the same money to order 1400 over phone

    3) Order 1400 first then return 1500

I am willing to keep the 1500 if they offer me something substantial, say like $100 credit or something. Otherwise, I'd really like to return it.

PS: This will be my second 1400 and I strongly prefer it over the 1500
PPS: Anyone knows what number I should call?

nope, i ordered two - one 1400 and the other 1500
now, i'm considering returning 1500, because i like the 1400 better (portability)
