I've had my Latitude D630 for less than 21 days and will be calling customer care on Monday to have the computer returned for a replacement because of issues with the 135M that I have mentioned here.

If the new computer ends up having the same problems as the one I am returning, which would probably be the case if the issue is with drivers and not hardware, then would I no longer be able to get a refund because the 21 or 30 days had elapsed since I purchased the original computer?

Should I return the computer for a refund or just hope that an entirely new computer with the same specs will not have the same problems? Anyone else have similar issues with a D630 with 135M and XP Home?
