    Hello

I purchased a Dell laptop which I've had now for 6 days, I just spoke to customer care as I want to to return it for a refund and they said because i purchased it via EPP i am not entitled to a refund???

Is this correct? surely not... I am not happy with the laptop and I'm within my rights to return it surely?

    Any advice would be appreciated

    Thanks

It's hard to say whether or not you're entitled to a refund if you change your mind. I'm not familiar with EPP, but it's possible that as part of the terms and conditions for purchasing at a discount, returns are not allowed (unless the product is defective, in which they will exchange it).

Check your order confirmation emails for details and speak to a supervisor to see if there is indeed such a clause.

There's also the option of selling it on eBay or Craigslist. That will save you the 15% restocking fee Dell charges for returns.

On refund: They may have that policy if you are not actually qualified to use the code. In any event, rather than asking on a forum, simply call Dell and ask various reps and a supervisor.
