    Hey,

If someone that bought a Dell notebook, wants to return the product within 21 days, call Dell and tell them about the return and etc... and then, after some time this guys change his mind and don't want to return anymore, just call Dell and ask for cancel the return request?

Call Dell and tell them. I doubt that they will mind (they lose money on every return, anyway). They won't refund your CC until they get your notebook back, anyway.
