i'm still within the 21 day period from purchasing my e1505. i'd like to return it because i'm not a huge fan of the display and the keyboard feels very cheap as does the general construction of the maching. are these sufficient reasons to get a refund without having to pay the restocking fee? any advice on whom i should talk to at dell to get this done? thanks!

yea but I think u might have to pay shipping. I returned my m1210 and had to pay freight because I ordered the m1210...

just call up dell's customer service, its the only way to find out.

more excuses, true or not, wouldnt hurt though

If you give them those reasons I'm sure they will try to convince you to take a replacement system instead. If you keep talking to them though you should get them to let you return it without a restocking fee. You'll have to pay return shipping no matter what if you return it.
