i'm still within the 21 day period from purchasing my e1505. i'd like to return it because i'm not a huge fan of the display and the keyboard feels very cheap as does the general construction of the maching. are these sufficient reasons to get a refund without having to pay the restocking fee? any advice on whom i should talk to at dell to get this done? thanks!

If you give them those reasons I'm sure they will try to convince you to take a replacement system instead. If you keep talking to them though you should get them to let you return it without a restocking fee. You'll have to pay return shipping no matter what if you return it.
