I have a question if I buy a dell laptop and do not like it, if i wanted to return it would I have to pay the shipping back. And is it true that if I tell the cs rep. that i want to return it they will try to bribe me to keep it?

not answering your question directly (not sure what you're asking), but FWIW the shipping cost for my return was $12 UPS ground...

okay thanks, that helps a lot. What I was trying to say was that I heard stories about how dell would keep you on the line just to try to make you keep the item you purchased.

Insist that you don't want it. There is a restock fee of 15% of the price you paid that they will charge you if you are sending it back "just because." So if there is something wrong, make sure you mention it and get it on file, and the will probably waive the fee, and possibly the shipping.
