Can anybody tell if the "Notebookreview.com" plan to present a review of the Dell Studio 15?
It would be very helpful with more exact information before buying it.

Right now, a review of the Studio 15 is up on CNET. Also, there is a review right here on NBR for the Studio 17, which will be a helpful read if you're interested in the 15, as the 17 is in essence an overgrown 15.

We receive notebooks as the manufacturers send them to us. We were lucky enough to get a pre-production unit of the Studio 17 but couldn't get a pre-production unit of the Studio 15. We are waiting for Dell to send us a review unit of the Studio 15 AND we have taken the extra step of placing a regular old-fashioned customer order for the Studio 15 in case that turns out to be faster.

Bottom line, this is NotebookReview.com and we try to review every notebook from every major notebook manufacturer. There's no way we're going to let the Studio 15 slip past us.

Unfortunately, we have to compete with sites that simply rewrite press releases and call it a "review." There are some sites on the web that have "reviews" of notebooks they've never even touched ... or have only used for a couple of minutes! We take our review process seriously and don't publish reviews or even "first look" articles unless we actually have our hands on the notebook in question and have spent time using it.

    Hi JerryJ and all!
Thank you very much indeed for the information.
I find your reviews very interesting and informative and it seems to me that you are doing a great job.
I'm looking forward to read the results of your analyse of the Studio 15, and hope you will get the computer as soon as possible.
    regards rea
