I've decided to install WinXP on my Dell Studio 1537 laptop. I want to keep it on AHCI instead of IDE because I'll be using an eSATA external HDD, and I'll need the hotswap capability.

My question is, where can I find the right SATA drivers for my laptop? I have the Intel GM45 motherboard. Dunno if ICH9 or ICH9M.
I've heard that there aren't textmode drivers for ICH9.
