Hi,
I'm about to configurate a Dell computer in a swedish online-store and to bee honest, I'm a little bit confused!
The computer I'm looking to buy is a Dell M6700.
I want to choose an SSD 128 GB as a harddrive for OS and have a secondary harddrive for storage -I'm currently looking to buy a 500GB 7200rpm.
Below I have listed my options and I don't seem to understand the difference between SATA and not-SATA! Mini-card? Full-size?
256 GB 2.5" Serial ATA SED-SSD-station, minicard
128 GB SSD-stasjon, full minicard
128 GB 2.5" SATA SSD-station
256 GB Solid State-station, minicard
256 GB 2.5" Serial ATA SED-SSD-station
512 GB 2,5" serial ATA Solid State-station
256 GB 2,5" SATA II SSD-stasjon
I am obviously not an expert in this field and I desperetly need help to cut through the jungel! Thank you!

They are all SATA, there is that much, some are likely mSATA, I would have expected minicard to refer to mSATA, but there is one with minicard and 2.5" (mutually exclusive) in the same description
. I would call Dell for help to demystify all that. Bokeh probably knows more than me too.

Hard disk drive is very essential for every computer. SSD means Samsung Seta Drive. It is memory of your Hard Disk drive. You can keep your data into hare.

Dellienware Workstations & Ultrabooks
^Well not exactly..
SSD = Solid state drive (Not limited to Samsung)
It is a different form of storage (from Hard disk drive HDD) which uses flash memory, instead of magnetic disk platter to store data.
Sata? Ssd??
