    Screen flicker

    I have a dell inspiron 15" the screen flickers like hell when running on battery mode and OK when it is running with charger on. the flickering occurs in BIOS and windows, so is it a driver issue or hardware issue?

    I have tried connect it to external lcd, no problem, no flickers
