    Screen flickers

    When I boot up and before I see the XP screen, my screen flickers a few times. What is the problem? Thanks.

    BTW, I have a 1501.

    My 640m did that too... it stopped earlier this month. Strange.

    I get this in Vista after it first boots up it flickers for a second then comes back. I also get it when I come out of Standby. It only seems to happen just like I described above and seems fine afterwards.
