Does anyone know if there are any major differences between the Seagate(ST9200420ASG) and Toshiba (MK2049GS) 200gb 7200rpm hard drives. I just received a refurbished toshiba replacement hd from dell for my 1530 because the current seagate hardrive I have is like a slot machine when it comes to booting up.

These benchmarks are the closest I could find.

If you want to know how your current drive performs you could run HD Tune and then compare it to someone who has the Seagate drive. You could probably find that drive in the HDTune thread.
