Guyz I received my laptop just a few minutes ago. So i was configuring it, by downloading the updates. I wanted to restart the computer, but it takes forever to restart it ??? it's busy for the last 10 minutes, what to do ?? plz help :(. The harddisk keeps flashing and also the power icon.. It seems like it's loading but it's still trying to close.

Press F8/F11 or whatever the key is on the bios boot screen when you turn it on and RESET the laptop to factory image

It does take a while since there are a lot of updates to install. What is the something you did? Do share. :)

Disable start up programs, there should be something in the background still running.
