    Seriously - Stop Using DHL!!!

    I am sick and tired of Dell using DHL for basically all of their shipping services. DHL absolutely sucks, and they are nothing but a bunch of liars who are incapable of delivering a package to my (or any) place in this region.

    I've emailed their CS so many times for so many Dell-shipments, its ridiculous...they never do their jobs. They lie and lie and lie, and either deliver late or not at all.

    I know that I HATE buying from Dell, just because they force DHL down my throat. I usually look @ NewEgg and other sites before resorting to purchasing a non-Dell piece of hardware from Dell.

    Just say no to DHL, Dell!

    Well, out of all 4 RMA's from Dell over the last 3 years, all 4 required me to call DHL back numerous times and I waited a week after initial delivery once for a dam part. I feel your pain.

    2 Horror stories for you: Both by Dell/DHL

    HardDrive was being very wonkey and was starting to fail... I had originally bought the laptop in miami and was shipped there... but when asked where i wanted the piece(and disks) i said my apt in Tallahassee... They sent the disks to Tallahassee and the HDD to Miami...

    Second story is worse display conked out on my last year roommates 15inch latitude he had it RMA'd ... Our Apt Complex has a desk office where packages are usually left whether people are home or not... We were not home so the DHL moron just leaves the box leaning on the outside of the apt door... Oh and it was 6 days late.

    greg, that's weird cause where I am at these guys deliver on time 95% of the time. I have probably had a dozen orders from dell and other companies too. However, I do have a great delivery guy, so that could factor into my success rate too :)

    I'm in the UK and Dell have shipped via someone called "Walsh Western", so I'll let you know how that goes.

    Since i've gotten my notebook i've dealt with Dell quite a few times, and DHL has come through each time.

    I love DHL getting my Computer tomorrow today got my Transfer cable and tuesday got my backpack..Came exactly on time..I talked with the guy..He was Black so I thought hed be scary but He was really nice..
