This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    So i will be sending my laptop off for repair and i got an SMS from UPS telling me they will collect tomorrow, it also states that a box will be provided by UPS.

    The email from Dell however says that i should pack the laptop up myself.

    Has anyone done this recently? do i just simply hand over my laptop to the collection person and they will pack up? kinda confused as both are contradicting o_O.
