Today some strange things happened with my dell order. I last checked on Thursday and at that time my vostro 1400 was still in pre-production (ever since 28th of Augustus). When i checked this morning it had jumped all the way to the shipment stage but no track and trace info was supplied (said that it was shipped on 17-09). So i checked again this evening to see if the track and trace info was available, but now the shipment date has changed to 14-09, but still no track and trace info :S.

When i check the electronic packing slip it says 'Total weight: 0kg', 'Total boxes: 0' and since this evening at the bottom it says 'Online Packing slip printed on: 17-09-2007'

Is this normal? Is it normal to not receive any status update's by email? How long day i have to wait till track and trace info will be available?

ps. Item was shipped from Raheen Limerick by UPS according to the packing slip.
