The order status page turned shipped last night. I was upgraded to next day shipping, so will I get the system today? I do not have a tracking number (it isnt on their website) so was it actually shipped, or not?
Is it normal for Dell to not give out tracking numbers instantly?

Mine was shipped last night by FedEx, and they gave me a tracking number. I'm supposed to get it today by 3 PM. Call 1(800)433-9014 and use the automated system to try to get some more info on the status. I hope you get yours today!

I called and it said it was on the way to the carrier.. which doesnt make sense, if it shipped last night via over night.
If I don't get it today, call to get $$ back even through it was a free upgrade? -
I doubt you can get money back. Many people who go upgraded to 'NBD shipping' ended up getting DHL Ground Express. Some did actually get them next business day, but will depend greatly on where it shipped from and where you are.

Yeah, that's true. They would ship out from either Nashville, TN or Texas. If you happen to live near either of those two places and got DHL Ground, you might get it today. Otherwise, you can most definitely expect it tomorrow.

Mine said the same thing. But when got the tracking number and checked with fedex, it said priority overnight!!!!

lol yes you can get money back even though it was a free upgrade i did as well as a few other now.. i got 62$ back and someone else got a 50$ credit now.. call and complain i was supposed to have overnight next day and they sent it 3-5 day anyway
was your with dhl?? it seems the screw ups are with dhl and not fed ex
