    hmm... i had placed my order for a vostro 1500 on the 6th of august..The order status page shows as "shipped" on the 7th itself...
    i called up the order status line, the csr told me that it will reach me on the 27th, whilst the EDD on the order page shows as 26th...how can it take so much time for customs clearing :mad: :mad: I'm in India btw.. for the guys who received their dell's here, how much time did it take for the laptop to reach you from the ship date? thanks a lot..

    You probably got a returned laptop or a previously canceled build. So the ESD would be off since they factor in if its going to be normally built. So you should be getting your laptop within a couple of days.

    ooh...couple of days should be sweet...but what if it's a returned laptop :(....even my friend from india ordered the same lappy on 9th..its showing shipped on 10th itself!!
