This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    They added this informative little tidbit when you go to select your colour on Dell.ca (dont know about dell.com, havent checked).

    " Due to popular demand, there are shipment delays affecting Dell Inspiron Notebooks. Adding a colour option will cause an additional delay. Please click the links below for the latest shipping details before placing your order."

    Nice and quick response.. only took them 2 months or so to add this preventative/warning.. which in reality will not deter too many ppl from choosing a colour they want. :p
