I am beginning to worry about my order. It dispatched from China on Monday 15th June and I checked my order again today and still nothing has been updated. ETA was meant to be 18th and all that the history displays is dispatched from manufacturer.

Is it worth waiting longer or is this an abnormal time frame? BTW I am from the UK.

UPDATE: My order status was updated and due date is tomorrow (23rd) :) but I missed the damn automated phone call. Is it really that important? Problem is no one is going to be in for it.

Mine left China Manu. Facility on 16th June and arrived in UK on 19th June at which time I received automated telephone call advising delivery date and asking me to confirm it. Later that day after I received the call the website then showed it was in the UK.

    Maybe worth contacting them

Seems like the laptop is floating to UK :D

On serious note, get in touch with Dell representatives and demand an explanation for the delay.

Lol well I think they may have missed it as it is on its way now unless I discover the laptop glows green in the dark.

I nearly did call Dell for my missing laptop but luckily I didn't need to blow a fuse.

Their systems can sometimes take time to update, and as with any system, sometimes it has hiccups. Patience is something I'd recommend whenever dealing with Dell.
