I am pretty sure I can configure the Inspiron with better specs for cheaper than the vostro with the 300 off coupon. However should I sacrifice the vostro build quality and customer service for this?

The Vostro and the Inspiron are essentially the same machine. As far as build quality goes, I believe they both sport a magnesium alloy case. As for customer service, I haven't heard of huge differences between the two makes.

If you can get the Inspiron with better specs for a better price, buy it. It's a very solid machine.

I figured the customer service to be better than the business because when I called the Home section I keep getting these foreigners I cannot understand but when I called Business I got an English speaking person who was an extreme help.

Dell small business does have customer service based in America I think. That's been my experience in about 3 calls and I read it somewhere on these forums as well.

Just get whatever is cheaper, i saved about £250-350 by going vostro instead of inspiron in the UK. Depends where you are though as sometimes inspirons work out cheaper.

Yeah Vostros have crazy discounts that don't require waiting for coupons.
