Ok, so I was doing my ever usual internet Tech Bargain Search and came across these findings:

Dell was selling the MSI Wind U100-451US Intel Atom 10" Netbook!!!
It's sold out now, but??? I know they sell most brands in Accessories, etc..but a *branded* Netbook??

    @ cheapstingybargains.com: (sold out now)
MSI Wind U100-451US Intel Atom 10" Netbook (Dell) $262

    @ techbargains.com:
MSI Wind U100-451US Intel Atom 10 inch Netbook @dell.com

So, the links @ Dell Small Bus, were both *dead* for the above site...But with atbnet's help (thank you) ;) ...Here is the actual link from Dell showing the deal:
(Note: The it is sold out..dead.)
    Dell MSI Deal

What are your thoughts on this? Is Dell slowly moving into other branded markets?? Was this a *fluke*?? (can't be, can it)?

    Cin...

Could be just an accident or practical joke? (I'm speculating of course)

Dell sells a TON of different electronics on their E&A site.

I don't think so. (although this seems really close for comfort esp. since Dell has a direct netbook competitor) They've sold competitor's items literally side by side their own products (MP3 players and TV's) and still do with Monitors, keyboards, etc.

Heck they even sell medical grade Tablet PC's lol: http://search.dell.com/searchcom_re...89&redpe=0054696e-2b85-7fd4-5cc3-e1ad44d2289e

It's in a weird location which leads me to believe maybe it is something that doesn't belong. Both the Home side and Small Biz have it under accessories and label it as a desktop bundle.

Here are the Google cache links and it has a different price in each store.

I doubt Dell would sell a director competitor to its Mini 10, but who knows.
