My m1330 is perfect by all means, just a few quirks here and there. When I try to put it to the sleep mode, it doesn't wake up properly. When I try to wake it by pressing the power button, it says Windows did not shutdown properly...would you like to run windows in safe mode. This happens every time I try putting it into sleep mode. Anyone know a fix for this?

What OS are you running? If it is XP then you could have been bitten by the little bug that effects computers running 2Gb(or more) of memory. There is a fix here:

Keep in mind that this does not exactly describe your problem, but I have heard of people using this patch to fix a variety of hibernation/standby issues.
Of course if you are running vista, this probably isn't your problem. -
Yea, I am running Vista Ultimate.

wakeup problem is a known issue with Vista-nVidia combinations. try updating the video driver with stock driver or modded driver from laptopvideo2go.com

I am using the 165.1 driver and now my computer doesnt come back when I try to start it from the hibernating state. The screen just goes black and i need to do a hard restart.

The hibernate wakeup is now fixed as I went from the 165.1 drivers to the 163.44.
