    Nice !! i like it.
but what is it ? latitude, inspiron or a new precision ? don´t think that one will be xps.

i´m really curious, if it´s a new precision model i´m gonna sell my hp asap.

Any ideas how big the screen will be?
Cause I might send my 1330 back and wait if it's a smaller
    lighter thing.

That's an amazing looking laptop, but I'm sure the MBP users will cry foul over this one.

It looks nothing like a MacBook Pro. Although, it has the general shape of one.. Extremely dull lines, basically a box.. That's all..

That's hot though, likely it'll be a business model.

Dell typically does it laptops in black for business people.

Looks good. Has to be a consumer lappy since you can see the camera and mic array similar to the M1330 on the screen bezel...

haha already my xps m1530 is outdated and I haven't recieved it yet. That laptop looks amazing, that looks much better than a macbook pro lol, they seem boring to me. It does seem to sport a 17" plus screen, or that could just be the angle. All I can say is that apple needs to watch out when it comes to style now!

Dell is giving apple some serious heat I would say that this is much sexier than the MBP and at .78" thick!!!!! it will have no rivals.

However this will also cause it to run very hot

Is that screen wider than the usual widescreen? That picture makes it look almost twice as wide as it is tall.

    Front page says 12.1"?

That'd be a really small keyboard in relation to the pic.

Would be perfect if the aluminum underbody is the same brushed finish as on the M1530.

I just wished PC laptops would have backlit keyboards and larger mousepads like the MBPro. My m1330's mousepad is TEENY compared the the ones on a MBPro. I don't see any reason for this. I use an MBPro at work and it's really nice having a larger mousing surface area...not to mention larger buttons too.

Might have to add in a "1" in front of there when all's said and done.

Personally wouldn't mind if that was the final product and would pay more than "normal" for that Dell- assuming internal specs were up to snuff, of course.

It looks most similar to the Dell Latitude E-Series, if you search this forum and the news forum you'll find more information about it. I think they're projecting it'll be out around August.

Maybe that is the M1530 replacement? Seems odd that this was leaked all the way back in January, and we have not heard anything else about it. Theres also the possibility it is a fake.

I wouldn't doubt it being a fake. No new news has come out about this laptop since then, but it would be nice.
