if wifi signal is "very good"(65mb per sec) and internet reset doesn't improve loading times (especially pictures/videos) ,what else could be the problem?
I have a l702xps Dell laptop equipped with intel centrino advanced N-6230 wifi card and if applicable, 8gb ram and 2nd generation Intel Core i7-2720QM processor,
    Thanks,
    Rooster

It would also be a good idea to try a network file transfer (if you can) instead of relying on the network speed reported by Windows. I assume that 65Mbps is what windows reports?

    Speedtest.net with wireless
    Speedtest.net with wired.
    Wireless Network transfer

Doing any 2 of the above should eliminate alot of possibilities

I have the slightly upgraded 6235 and that card can pull in excess of 4.1MBytes/ sec off of steam when downloading. Windows reports a speed of 144mbps (upstairs) and 300mbps (downstairs) with the 2 antennas provided by the Vostro 3540.
