    Hi everyone!
This is my first post in the NotebookReview forum.
I'm having a Dell Inspiron 1420 (Green) and I'm having a few problems with it:
First, like I said on the thread title, I'm experiencing very sluggish iTunes Cover Flow, although I have uninstalled it, updated to the new version. My friend got an HP and iTunes is running completely fine. Is there anyway to fix it? I've had this problem since the first time i had iTunes, and I have reinstalled the system once. My system has a geforce 8400M GS card.
The other problems are about the hardware:
My keyboard was raised in the F9/F10/8/9/0... area. This annoys me really much. Beside, i've noticed some creaking noise in the right palm rest area, and the DVD drive run extremely loud.
Besides, the battery area is having creaking noise too. Is this normal with a Dell Inspiron?
I contacted Dell Customer Support last Saturday and they should have sent me a box to return my Dell for repair in the next 2 or 3 business days, but as of now i have received nothing.
Could someone tell me waht caused my problems?
    Thanks.
