I'm about to place an order for a M1710. I've heard that Tech Support issues for purchases via SB are routed to call centers based in the US. Can anyone confirm this?
I'd rather not deal with India Tech Support in the future as my dealings with them have thus far turned into long calls and just plain wrong info.
Can anyone provide feedback on their EPP/SB XPS purchases relating to Warranty Support?
