Do replacements get built before other orders?

yeah, they are supposedly to have priority over other orders, thus being pushed to the front of the line

When was the replacment ordered? Did you get an estimated ship date for the replacement, like in the order confirmation of the exchange? There are some out there that have been waiting almost 2 weeks or more for a replacement so I highly doubt it, but I don't think it will take as long as people who have been waiting for their first order

I filed for the replacement friday at 2:00 AM. But just today I talked to someone in the chat and it finally got an order number and is in build. EST ship date is 8/31

I personally feel that a longer date for a replacement might be beneficial. After all, you already have a system to fine tune and perfect. When the new system comes in, you really only have to switch the hard drive.

I seem to believe that the later the arrival date, in the case of exchanges, the better the build may be as they iron out glitches.

Its not like your waiting without a system; you are still enjoying your original although there are the glitches.

I guess so, but I still want my replacement ASAP. I waited a month for the original.
