    So i received my replacement, ... what now?

    Thats it, i just got yesterday my replacement but couldn't locate any instruction on what to do with the old one and they haven't send me anything by email.... should i call them or what is the way to procceed?

    I'd say wait until they called you or charged you for it. What laptop is it?

    You should call/chat with CSR, or tech support.

    They will give you instructions on how to return it.

    They will also email you on the replacement you've recieved, but why wait?

    Make sure to keep customer copy of shipping label when DHL/UPS person picks em up - He/she should also sign on the slip.

    they will send you an electronic pre paid paper, in which you stick on the box the replacement came in, and send it with the delivery dude.
