I don't know who you called, but to you and anyone else: from my experience and what I've heard, the $20 'Manager's Discount' comes via sales reps. But you really get the best stuff out of customer service reps... and if that doesn't work, ask to speak to their managers; and if that doesn't work, ask to speak to the Escalation's Manager. You definitely should be compensated, that's a helluva long delay.
I support this, as it is a 'how to' thread whereas this current one is more of a 'results' thread. So both threads should go hand-in-hand. Also, flamenko is the MAN!
