Ok, so i got a new 1537 as the upgrades in the 1555 didn't impressed me.

    But I have some questions...
The T3400 has like 55 Celsius in Idle...is it normal? If so...is better to upgrade later to the T6400 or P8400?
Also i would like to buy a backlit keyboard and a bluetooth adapter. Is there any store where I can find both? I need shipping to Canada.

All 1537 have a LED backlit screen?

T6400 idling at 55C is slightly on the high side, but definitely nothing to worry about. Switching to a 45nm chip like the T6400 or P8400 probably won't give you much more than a 1C to 2C decrease in idle temp... if any at all.

You can find both the keyboard and bluetooth adapter on eBay. None of the sellers I looked at explicitly noted that they'd ship to Canada, but it's more than likely they'll oblige if you contact them. Otherwise, you can also buy straight from Dell (though it'll be expensive) or troll Google Shopping for some obscure store in Canada (though I just don't trust those).

Not all 1537s have LED screens. Take a look through the Outlet and you'll see CCFL and LED screens.

Wolf is mostly right, although Dell will not sell you the backlit keyboard on its own. You'll have to get that from a third party. Just check on eBay, resaleremarketing.net, or parts-people.com. They all have the Studio 15 backlit keyboard for around $50, and I assume they ship to Canada.

55C is slightly on the high side for idle temperatures. My T9500 idles at around 40C at most. You might want to contact Dell to have them replace your heatsink.
