Does Dell still produce the optiplex, latitude and dimension?
I know each of the above are product lines, but I mean which lines have stopped.

    Optiplex and Latitude: Yes
Dimension: No, this brand was phased out several years ago. The bargain-basement consumer desktop line now shares the Inspiron name with notebooks.

Though I'll admit that the 2 are normally very closely related, in this case I was referring more to the price and target customer than I was to the build quality (which with Dell isn't that different between an Inspiron and a Studio XPS - in fact, the Studio XPS 1645 is probably worse than any Inspiron...).

What I mean is, you won't find any of the high end CPU, SSD, or graphics card options on a Dimension/Inspiron.
