    2 pomme: ...then go bankrupt and have to cancel all of their support agreements? lol... I doubt that bad publicity will increase their sales to help them keep their desired/required profit margins.

    can't beat em in quality, crush them with prices... i'd buy 9400 right now if the specs+warranty i wanted wasnt 2.5k cdn.. i just waiting till mid september..

    The battery was made by Sony, blame them. ALSO - My sony dvd drive broke that happened to come with my Dell. I blame Sony for that as well. I don't really care about either, because warranty covers both.

    the explosive batteries in dell laptops, made by sony, are also in various other units, like macbooks, dell is taking the hit from the media because they are doing something about it, wich in the grand scheme of things, makes me feel better about having a dell
