This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Something weird happened with the mouse...

    I was browsing a forum using the touchpad....

    And I made some kind of motion on the pad and the mouse turned from a mouse into a swirly type of thing and the forum became smaller.

    I don't know what happened or how to get it back to the normal size.

    Every other site works fine except for the one I was at when this happened.

    try pressing ctrl and 0 (number 0) when on that page

    Its another way to scroll through the page, to activate it you use the vertical scroll then the horizontal scroll without taking your finger off the pad, then you just move in a circular motion keeping your finger on the pad.
    It works well for very long pages.
