    I'm just curious about this sound card. Does it improve sound quality at all? I know it fixes the whole headphone jack problem, which is why it interests me, but I'm wondering if there's any improvement.

    Also, I've heard both that it reduces performance and increases performance in games from various sources. Can anyone confirm this, or if there really isn't any difference at all?
