    Hi to all,

I'm planning to buy a portable speaker for my Dell Inspiron 1525. Is there any type of speaker that will work best,or will any kind speaker work on my laptop? I prefer the speaker to be portable and can be used also with any audio devices.

    Thank you.

Portable speakers normally lack good audio quality, especially bass. I’d recommend a pair of headphones instead. But if you are set on buying potable speakers, then anything with a standard 3.5mm audio jack will work.

Logitech V20 are nice, but USB. The X-MiniMax seem to be great, highly portable and should not be expensive.

Thanks for this information. I may buy a logitech V20 speaker. But I've heard that Logitech V20 has problem being installed in a laptop with Vista operating system. tHANKS
