Hi All,
I downloaded and installed speedfan to monitor temps on my new computer. For some reason i get the temp of HDD, MB, c1 and c2, but none of the voltages or fan speeds of any kind show up? Anyone know how to change this, or what i did wrong?
Also, does Speedfan not report on nvidia 8600m GT? i have a "HD0" obviously the HDD, a "Temp1" - MB?, and a "Core0" and "Core1" i wouldn't think that dual cores would actually have different temps per core (they are 2c apart) am i wrong? or is one of these something else? C1 shows 30c and c2 shows 32c
Edit: I also noticed that on startup it says -
"DELL Support Enabling has been disabled
because SYSTEM CALLS were unsuccessful" Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks!

I think I read in another thread that Vista will not allow Speedfan to display that information, unless you are logged in as "administrator". This is not the same as logging into an account that has administrator privileges. I don't know how to log in as "administrator", so I can't test this out (I get the same thing on my 1520). Can anybody else confirm this?
Speedfan and 1720?
