This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Spinrite Problems..

    Okay I got a copy of Spinrite, I tried to run it to perform some drive maintenance after hearing that the clicking noise is a possibility of defectiveness.

    It won't run gives me weird issues saying BIOS settings issues..

    Anyone know the reason or a workaround to this issue?

    I'll assume Dell went rambo and locked down the bios like mad.
