i jus wanted 2 no which start-up programs i could disable w/o messing up the necessary programs in the 9300??...wen i go 2 msconfig in run...which programs can i disable 2 speed up my laptop??..thanks

You can pretty much disable majority of the items in the startup tab. If you look in the "command" column, you can see the program that uses the startup item and decide if you need it or not. The only ones that I would keep checked are any commands that have C:Windows, rundll, NVidia, Intel(if you are using a wireless connection) or your firewall. Also, if you are going to use Dell Support or QuickSet, then you'll want to leave those checked. The only things that I have checked on mine is intel, my firewall, and ATI software. Everything else, I have to start the program anyways.
As long as you are making adjustments in the start up tab only, then you'll be safe as far as your system starting (nice safety feature by XP).
