I installed Vista on a clean hard drive as an upgrade from Win XP. My Dell "n" wireless card driver is now a Broadcom. I find that when wireless is activated the audio has intermittent static distortion with Sigmatel audio drivers. When the wireless is inactivated the static dissappears. I have the latest Sigmatel and Broadcom drivers installed. What can I do to fix this problem? Thanks.

No one has answered my query. I found an answer on my own. I found a newer driver for my Dell 1500 network wireless card using Paretologic's Driver Cure software' In addition,I am using the latest Dell WinXP Sigmatel driver in XP SP2 Compatibility mode which gives me stereo mix and no extraneous noise. [Thanks to Youtube videos for this].
