When I call the Order Status hotline and enter my order number it tries to transfer me to customer service, instead of telling me my order info...what's going on?...does anyone know and has anyone experienced the same thing?

Yea actually the same thing happens to me as well, I think it's because the tracking number hasn't posted to the order status page-- it will prob correct itself on monday.
